Sherriann Perivolotis, CNM
Sherriann Perivolotis joined AFA in 2009 and was the first midwife at Emerson Hospital. She has cared for women in labor since 1992, and over the course of her career, her work has expanded to include care across many stages of women’s health.
Her approach is grounded in listening, education, and shared decision-making. Sherri believes women deserve clear information about their options, an understanding of risks and benefits, and a meaningful voice in decisions about their healthcare. She also takes a whole-person approach, recognizing that medications and procedures may be important, but so can sleep, stress, nutrition, activity, relationships, and overall health.
